Oldham County Day festivities on the Courthouse Lawn

11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Children's carnival at La Grange Christian Church (behind the Fiscal Court Building)

11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Living Statues (a crowd favorite!) will perform under the trees on the Courthouse Lawn, portraying Betsy Ross and Thomas Jefferson

11 a.m. to 12 p.m. County Kickers Line Dancers perform in front of Second Street gazebo

12 to 1:30 p.m. Ladies for Liberty perform patriotic songs to celebrate America in front of the courthouse

Judge-Executive David Voegele and members of Oldham County Fiscal Court will host dedication and unveiling of new statue on Courthouse Lawn

2 p.m. Oldham County Community Band

Popular Oldham County Day attractions on the Courthouse Lawn near the gazebo include Living Statues, the Oldham County Community Band and balloon art.

Oldham County Day, hosted annually by the Project Guild of La Grange, is designed to celebrate community pride and to create fun for all ages, a reunion for classmates and neighbors and an opportunity to meet the friendly faces behind local charities and service organizations.

As always, Project Guild of La Grange is grateful to the La Grange Police Department, Oldham County Police, Oldham County Sheriff's Office, City of La Grange Kentucky, Oldham County Central Dispatch, Oldham County Fiscal Court, Oldham County Family YMCA, La Grange Rotary, Oldham County Jail, Oldham County History Center, La Grange Kentucky Main Street and countless others who make Oldham County Day an annual success!
