Sports nutrition can be very confusing and runs counter to conventional nutriton advice.
Luckily, our awesome Gu Rep, Jim Baecher, will be at Fleet Feet with marathon training nutrition charts in hand! He's ready to better educate us on how to feed our bodies according to our goals.
He will also have a variety of delicious Gu products to sample during our run!
We will have 3 & 5 mile maps for anyone wanting to sample some nutrition on this run.
