Are you called to cultivate a practice of sacred self-care in the new year? Are you hungry for a way to connect with the lush lunar rhythm that pulses through all women?

Join Amy Bammel Wilding, Holly Clark, and Heidi Bartholomew as we priestess this new tradition at the Red Tent, honoring the historical roots of our purpose and sacred space.

New Moon Temple at Red Tent Louisville is an alchemical energetic and spiritual journey that will invite you to find deep stillness, receive restorative healing, and access your wild wisdom and sacred feminine power.

During our two hours of sacred sisterhood, we will share movement and energy work in the downstairs space, followed by ritual, guided Goddess meditation, and an optional talking circle in the Red Tent. We will also hold space for optional silent contemplation to process your experience, whether that be through journaling, sketching/coloring, or simply dwelling in stillness.

~ Amy’s offering during New Moon Temple will take place in the safe and sacred Red Tent. Amy will share ritual and meditation, as well a sacred talking circle.

~ Heidi’s offering during New Moon Temple will be a sweet juicy Tantra Flow. A dance between Yin and Yang, and the Shakti and Shiva within, Tantra Flow combines sensual flowing movements with dynamic strengthening based asana while honoring the body, opening the heart, and building strength. This practice is suitable for all levels.

~ Holly’s offering during New Moon Temple will include Prana yoga, earth medicine and individual soul sessions.

We know this is going to be *magical* and we can't wait to share it with you!

Amy Bammel Wilding is the creator and facilitator of Red Tent :: Louisville, and author of Wild & Wise: Sacred Feminine Meditations for Women’s Circles and Personal Awakening. Amy has led sacred women’s circles, mother-daughter circles and retreats, and rite-of-passage ceremonies since 2006, just after her initiation to motherhood. Amy is a perpetual student of womanhood and spirituality, and is continually inspired by the place where the two realms overlap. Called to share her medicine with girls and women throughout the lifespan, she is a trained and loving guide in the areas of the Goddess archetype, sacred self-care, sexuality education, maidenhood, grief and loss, breastfeeding, and the menstrual cycle. Amy is passionate about empowering girls and women, and devoted to witnessing and inspiring the reawakening of the Sacred Feminine from the individual to the global level.
