Join Shayne Wigglesworth for a 2 hour soft foam rolling class focusing on creating stability within your pelvis and eliminating lower back pain. The moves and stretches will help your body create better communication between your brain and your pelvis. This will re-estabilsh stability within your pelvis and support healing in your low back. Gentle movements, compression techniques, and working with the fascia of your feet and low back will help you reconnect to your body's proper alignment. If you have a sciatica, low back pain, sway back, gut issues, or a tight IT band, then this workshop is for you! The moves used in class can be easily performed at home on your own.
Soft Foam Rollers and MELT balls will be provided for use during the workshop.
