Decca has taken their dance party ‘for grown-ups’ (which includes a special happy hour menu), to the next level, with a series of special summer dance parties, featuring Record Label owners and legendary selectors from all over North America.
This month, PETER CROCE (Mr. P.C.) part of the next generation of selectors carrying forth the melting pot of sounds that make up Detroit and Chicago’s diverse deejay and soundsystem culture. With support from resident DJs, Narwhal and JP Source.
Imagine a kind of thoughtful dance music Voltron, and you're part way to visualizing what Peter Croce represents. As a Detroit native now living, and tearing up clubs, in Chicago, this is a musical sensibility educated in North America's 2 epicenters of dance music culture. His is a song of House & Fire.
Peter owns and operates Rocksteady Disco, a label that he describes as being“ the vehicle for the next generation to carry forward the great musical gift of Deep House and Disco in Detroit and Chicago.” He founded Mr. PC Versions to re-envision a curious blend of tracks for DJ use; and along with Lafleur he has recently launched MotorCity Wine Recordings.
An exclusive happy hour menu will be featured, with specially priced Four Roses Bourbon, our now famous Disco Whiskey Punch, plus an exclusively curated selection of Beer and Wine from Dauntless Distributing.
Produced by two well-known Louisville DJs with crates of classy party records, Bumpin’ has been appealing to a wide range of music fans since last November! Narwhal and JP Source will also feature, they are excited to take things up a level for these summer specials.
