California produces some amazing juice and during this class, we will taste a wide variety of high quality and well known Cabernets from all over the state. The impact of terrior and heat on California Cabs is quite impressive and distinctive and we will get to taste the differences, side by side.
Join us on the second and fourth Thursdays of the month for our monthly tasting classes, presented by LouVino's Sommelier, Danielle (Danni) Bramblett. Light snacks, cheeses, crackers, and meats will be provided. We encourage everyone to have dinner with us following the evening's presentation and wine tasting. For those staying for dinner, Danni will teach you how to pair wines with our delicious and flavorful small plates. You will also receive 10% off your meal (applies to food only, alcohol cannot be discounted).
