About the class
Find personal surrender and a sense of interconnectedness while balancing your efforts with a little playfulness and relaxation.
Come stoke your inner fire as you work hard, sweat a little 😅(or a lot), breathe a lot and explore the boundaries of your comfort zone with this faster paced, vinyasa style class.
In this 75-minute class, you will build internal heat, increase your stamina, strength, and flexibility, as well as reduce stress. For a balanced practice, near the end, the class will slow down with a varied combination of short guided meditations, restorative and/or yin poses to allow all of your hard work opportunity to integrate during the final posture—sweet, sweet savasana!
The room is warmed to the mid-70s and may include a variety of music that may have lyrics in its playlist. Although modifications to some postures are explored, it is recommended that students have experience with basic yoga postures. No advanced postures are included in the flow.

About the Teacher
Joyce is your challenge leader and is a registered yoga teacher who is stoked by helping others discover their potential. She will provide a space for you that invites you to try new things with a light-hearted approach, allowing you to be true to yourself. She will provide weekly inspirational videos and share via Facebook to keep you pumped for your next class. But most importantly, she will provide support and assistance along your journey to discovering what could be.
