This 60 minute workout will combine paddle skills with boot-camp style interval training. Be prepared to paddle, move, have fun, and possibly get wet. The class begins with a short and quick warm up paddle. We then move into interval drills where we alternate paddle styles and on board high intensity movements (think push ups, squats, planks, and burpees). The class concludes with a short cool down. This class is designed for participants who have some experience stand up paddle boarding and it is recommended that folks with no SUP experience take Basic SUP prior to this class. Please wear clothing that can get wet and bring water! Also, sunscreen is recommended! You will be notified the day of the class if there are any cancellations due to weather. We still paddle in the rain!
